We also manufacture these components in defined hardness, dimensions and profiles for cushioning, impact absorption, wear, support and load-transfer applications. Components are available in Shore A 60–95 hardness and can be produced from an engineering drawing or a sample.

PU blocks in Shore hardness 60 to 95 cover most industrial applications. Shore A 60 to 70 is selected where greater compliance and cushioning are required. Shore A 90 to 95 is selected where resistance to deformation under sustained or repeated load matters more than compliance. Share your load per block and duty cycle and we will recommend a matching grade.

Yes. PU blocks with metal inserts are supplied with bonded plates for bolted fitment, along with machined features including holes, slots, recesses and custom profiles. Components can be moulded, machined, or moulded and then machined where the drawing requires additional dimensional control on specific features.

Polyurethane wear blocks offer higher load-bearing capacity, better abrasion resistance and lower compression set than rubber blocks at the same hardness. This makes polyurethane the preferred choice for continuous rolling or sliding contact. While rubber are generally selected where higher elasticity and shock absorption matter more than wear life. Both are manufactured in-house at Easkay India, so the material can be selected purely on application requirement.

Yes. As a custom PU blocks manufacturer, we produce components from an engineering drawing, a physical sample or a written component specification. In-house tooling allows custom geometries to be produced, and trial quantities are available for new component development. Once approved, the specification is retained for repeat production.
