As a PU parts manufacturer, our in-house casting and machining capability has let us supply both standard catalogue sizes and fully custom parts built to a customer's drawing, sample or existing component with bonded metal-core options for rollers, wheels and bushes that need higher load capacity.
We produce Shore hardness grades from 60A to 95A depending on whether the application calls for grip and shock absorption or continuous load-bearing strength. Every component is manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 process controls, from raw material through to the finished, cured part.

PU Washer
Precision-cut for load distribution and vibration damping. A range of diameters, thicknesses and hardness grades, with custom sizes on request.
PU Blocks
Our block range is used as spacers, mounting supports and wear pads in industrial equipment. Available in different sizes and configurations to suit application requirements.
PU Flanged Bush
Sleeve-style bushes with an integral metal-bonded bore, used in suspension and shock-mount assemblies for reduced abrasion and vibration control.

Why Polyurethane Is the Right Choice
Cast polyurethane offers a useful balance of toughness and flexibility, absorbing shock and dampening vibration. Abrasion resistant PU components hold up well to cutting at a given hardness, run quieter and need no lubrication. It's a practical fit whenever a product has to carry load and resist wear at the same time.
How We Manufacture Polyurethane Components
We use different manufacturing methods depending on the part design, application, quantity, and whether a metal core is required. As a PU rollers manufacturer in India, we bond polyurethane directly onto metal cores for rollers and wheels, while pads and blocks are produced using moulding processes. The material is then properly cured using controlled hot plates and curing ovens to achieve the required strength and performance.

Soft Grade (Shore 60A–80A)
Selected when high grip and effective shock absorption are the priority. Suitable for general rollers, wheels and cushioning parts where flexibility matters more than maximum load capacity.
