PU trolley blocks with holes and slots are machined after moulding where the drawing calls for mounting holes, locating slots or clearance features. Both can be combined on the same component where the assembly requires it.

Both routes are used depending on the size and quantity required. Moulded PU trolley blocks are produced through dedicated tooling for the required profile and repeat production. Machined PU trolley blocks are finished after moulding where holes, slots or dimensional tolerances need tighter control than the moulded stage can hold on its own.
